Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping costs.
Payment
Payments are completed securely by card through Revolut. Full payment is required before an order can be processed.
Returns
Because our pieces are handcrafted, NATCHA does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or style selection, or natural handmade variations.
Returns are accepted only when an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Contact us within 24 hours at info@allnatcha.com.

Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the condition received. Damage caused by mishandling, misuse or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable unless defective.
If approved, NATCHA may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability.
